To put that into perspective, the brain can only create 2 pulses per second. The patented wave was designed to deliver Direct Current safely and comfortably, allowing for active movement during treatment so that neuromuscular re-education occurs during treatment.
The fact that ARPneuro Therapy addresses the source of the problem, which is normally different than where the symptom of pain is being felt, is another reason why this therapy is unique.
Most other e-stim treatments occur at the site of the pain. Repairing the underlying problem provides a better chance of long lasting to permanent pain relief versus only temporarily masking the symptom of pain.
